Front desk staff is highly unprofessional and underprepared. I was scheduled for an appointment at 9am and received a call days before my appointment saying that the doctor doesn’t come in that early. If that’s the case, why schedule me for that time? When I tried to reschedule, they said the soonest availability was a month later. Every question I had about office hours or my doctor’s schedule resulted in them placing me on hold. After being placed on hold, they took turns picking up the phone, basically ping-ponging my call between the two ladies that work at the front desk. Each time they answered, they had forgotten who was on the phone and I had to re-explain my situation countless times. They proposed multiple days to reschedule and it seemed like they were pulling dates out of thin air. Finally I asked if there was a way to come in the same day as my original appointment, just at a different time and the first lady said no. When I was redirected to the second lady, she said I could come in later in the afternoon. I wasn’t available for the afternoon, only the morning and she then proposed that I come in at 11am. I asked if I would actually be seeing the doctor at that time because I had a prior engagement in the afternoon. She said that she would have to double book me for that time and I wouldn’t see the doctor until later. So basically, I’d be sitting in the office all day waiting for the doctor to somehow become available. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with scheduling at this office. The front desk doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. It is very unorganized and frustrating that I’ve had to reschedule and cancel appointments due to their mistakes in scheduling patients. Please go anywhere else. It is ridiculous how they’ve mishandled me in the time that I’ve been a patient here. They receptionists alone are reason enough to stay away.

Dr Rana is a very good Nephrologist whom I have had care for me for nearly 5 years. He keeps a close watch on my kidney function and together we address any needs or problems. Of special note is ---"ASHLEY" a receptionist in the front office.She is SUPERIOR!! She knows me when I call and has helped tremendously when records or orders need to be accessed or sent. Her follow-up is truly terrific--as I always know when I call or ask for something, ASHLEY takes care of it and lets me know when everything is done and in order!! I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr Rana and his office.

Dr. Irmindra Rana is the reason why I moved from California to Virginia. The knowledge and care they ( Rana’s and Memon) give to their patients is unmatched. They listen to every concern and take your feelings seriously. I’ve been a patient since September 2019 and they are the only ones I trust with my health issues.

Dr Rana and her team are simply the BEST!! It is rare to have a physician and staff that takes the time to get to know their patients and champions for their well-being, with kindness, compassion and eagle eye precision! The world needs more clinicians that hold true to the Hippocratic oath they took when they became physicians: to serve humanity, by caring for the sick, promoting good health, and assisting where one can to alleviate pain and suffering to the best of ones ability. Bravo, Dr. Rana! Keep up the great work!!!

This is by far the one of the most efficient doctor's office I've been too. Each physician is thorough and caring, both Dr. I.Rana and P. Rana take the necessary time to answer questions, and as a patient, explaining thoroughly all medical information. And, the front office staff is outstanding, Ashley is kind and always quick with the call back and follow up for appointments, etc.

Together with Dr. Preeti Rana we have a good patient/doctor relationship. She helps me in maintaining me at my optimum health level for my age. She treats me a "whole person" instead of focusing on an illness or diagnosis. She treats me more in a holistic style of medicine which is my preference. I would also like to mention Ashley who works the frontline, she is a proactive employee in the office and helps you achieving your medical goals as well. A good conduit between the patient and doctor or NP.

I became a patient of Dr. Preeti Rana and Suh Yang, FNP a little over a year ago and throughout this past year, I have received the best care from both of them. They really listen to patient's concerns and they always make themselves available for patient's needs. I'm really grateful to receive their care. I am also thankful for Ashley, the medical assistant who is very communicative and attentive to patient requests. The entire office is respectful, kind, and compassionate and I am happy I found a place to receive long-term primary care.

The staff at the front desk especially Ashley, as that is whom I speak with is very kind, patient, and helpful. If she says she's gonna do something she does it. The office was very clean and tidy. I haven't had the opportunity to meet Dr. Rana yet, but will soon.

My dad was diagnosed with CHF and Kidney failure since he suffered his double heart attack in May. My world changed in a second and I’m doing the best I can to keep my dad healthy, but none of this could be possible if we didn’t have the care of doctors Rana, Memon, Yang and of course there wonderful staff. My dad feels grateful and is doing better thanks to all of you!A special thanks to Miss Ashley who has been such wonderful support for us. Specially me. It’s not always easy on us caaregivers and sometimes we feel like we can’t anymore, and to have Miss Ashley encourage me to keep going is just the little push I needed. For that I will always thank you.

Words can’t express how great this practice is. The care and compassion that the Doctors and staff show are second to none!!!Both Dr. Irmindra and Dr. Preeti Rana provide top notch care. They are both kind but direct, extremely honest and genuinely only want what’s best for you as a patient. Really easy to talk to and understand, never condescending or rude.Ms. Ashley with the front office is also so very nice, helpful and caring. She definitely goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible.You really feel valued by everyone you meet and can’t beat the quality of care here!!!

MA/MOA Ms. Ashley and Dr. Suh are amazing. Ms. Ashley is always there and so helpful to my needs/my concerns. Whenever I need Ashley’s help she is always right and ready to assist me with whatever it maybe. My phone appointment with Dr. Suh is great she hears me and listens to my concerns, she attends to my needs and care. I have been coming to this office for like 5/6 years, and I have seen sufficient progress improvements and changes since Ashley has come on board. They’re very lucky and blessed to have came across such a great wonderful amazing caring compassionate nurturing patient person they have found in Ashley. I am giving this office 5 stars cause Ashley is awesome🤩🤩🤩

I’ve been seeing Dr. Preeti Rana for many years now, and I am so grateful for the wonderful care I have consistently received from her. Her invaluable expertise is matched by her kindness, compassion, and dedication.Additionally, an NP, Suh Yang, has joined Dr. Rana’s team and is also both skillful and kind, as is the entire office team. Ashley, an MA there, is bright, organized, and stays on top of everything, and the phlebotomist/labs tech, Tahlia (sorry if I misspelled her name) is an artist in her field — Most people have great difficulty accessing my veins, but not Tahlia!This is such a great team, andI cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic Doctor !!!Dr Irmindra Rana has taken care of me for nearly 4 years. He is very thorough and provides personalized care always. I have some difficult health problems and he understands and closely monitors my health. I am so blessed to be under his care. Dr RANA’s staff are excellent too especially Ashley ( who has helped me many times) and FNP Nurse Yang. THANK YOU DR RANA!! I am grateful for all the compassionate care.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Irmindra Rana and staff. I have been a patient for almost ten years. They treated me through kidney disease(which was already advanced) dialysis and a successful transplant. If you want prompt callbacks, a caring staff and a knowledgeable doctor, this is the place! I cannot say enough good stuff about each one. I wish I could have taken them home to Texas with me, but that would deprive Virginia of a much needed expertise. Thank you ALL for being great!

Dr. Pretti & NP Yang and MA Ashley are the best in the field. Pretti and Yang have been w my dad up until he gained his wings a few months back & they are also my doctors as well. They always get the job done and so does Ashley. I’m a patient for life ! Highly recommended…Feels good to see them even after my dads passing, feels worried w/out him. We always went together, that’s the only down fall .

Dr. Rana has been my dad's doctor for the last year. She and her staff are amazing. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and provide my family with great customer service. My dad's health is soooo much better now than this time last year.

I’ve been the patient of Dr. Inder Rana for more than 10 years and he is the best nephrologist I’ve seen so far. He listens to you, understands your concerns and recommends medicines or course of action that’s beneficial for the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Inder Rana and his team hypertension and kidney disease.

I only giving a 5 stars because of the new MA or MOA name Ashley P. working for Dr. Rana office is amazingly great!! Without her amazing service of care I would have only given a 1 star. She’s very caring, concerned, compassionate, loving, understanding and she takes her time to listen to you, to hear you concerns, and lets you speak without interruption. Ashley always makes feel like I am top priority when speaking with her. She takes her job very seriously. Ashley P. is amazing!!! I love calling and to hear her voice on the other end of the call, I know ALL of my needs will be taken care of THAT DAY!! Ashley P. is “best” person they have hired to work for their doctor’s office. Walking in their office and seeing her there is breath of fresh air. I don’t know what I or they would do without her great care. Thank you so much Ashley for your amazing service and great customer patient support of care. Ashley you’re a TRUE SUPER Rockstar!! Ashley P. is a 5 star in my book she deserves a raise she has earned it!!!!

Dr. Irmindra Rana and his dedicated staff cared for our sister throughout her long battle with kidney disease. They were personally involved and attentive to her as a patient, and to our family as her caregivers. They were quick to respond to our questions and needs as our sister’s health declined. Dr. Rana was always respectful, and treated our sister with dignity and compassion. Our family is grateful for him and his staff, and we believe his care extended our sister’s life. We hold Dr. Rana and his staff in high esteem, and thank them for caring for our beloved sister.

Can't get in to see doctors. Front desk people act like receptionists at a law firm; lie,block, bureaucratize . Nice people but way way too much for a place to go when one is in need.Unless you have to. Try somewhere else more into people.
